The 2019 Grandparent Portrait Show Gallery
From 500 pieces of artwork submitted, the jurors selected 118 pieces for inclusion in the exhibition. The artwork shown in this gallery are the pieces selected to be displayed in the 2019 Grandparent Portrait Exhibition. The exhibition will be on display at the Faulkner Gallery at the Santa Barbara Public Library at 40 E. Anapamu Street, from April 3rd – April 30th.
Awards of Merit for ten outstanding entries and two honorable mentions will be announced at the Reception and awards ceremony from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. These awards are designated through a selection process that includes SAF Committee members—many are retired art teachers—and a professional juror. The jurors for the 2019 Grandparent Portrait are Libby Smith and Nina Warner. Read more about the jurors here.
